Get to know me

wavy9-04.png
I became an astrologer because it confirmed what I had buried, and gave me a new vantage point from which I could affirm my gifts as a storyteller. My purpose is connected to my ability to uplift, challenge, and energize people in their everyday lives. I use a circle, lines, and symbols to unravel the complexity of human experience.

The Learning, Growing, Glowing

Hey there, my name is Stephanie George

I am Leo Rising, Scorpio Sun, and Gemini Moon.

Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, I have made it my mission to use astrology to bridge the gap between the celestial and the earthly, helping to catapult my clients into their most authentic and rewarding selves.

I began my journey with astrology looking for undeniable proof that a circle, lines, and symbols could be a tool to help unravel the complexity of human experience. In 2015, I was immersed in a community of extraordinary Black artists, and in moments when they were questioning their purpose, astrology affirmed for them and me their potential for greatness. I would pull out their chart and show them aspect by placement, all of the ways the universe was rooting for them.

My journey as an artist and poet is inseparable from astrology. When I had my first natal chart reading, it changed my life. My chart confirmed the gifts I buried. Astrology gave me a new vantage point to see myself as a creator and hold space for others to do the same. It awakened my capacity to support people in making their dreams come true. With over ten years as a nonprofit arts administrator and eight years of astrological study, I am dedicated to offering spirit-led support to help artists bring their visions to life.

Whether working with artists, supporting fundraising efforts, or delving into the mysteries of the cosmos, I am driven by a deep desire to elevate work that honors my heart, heritage, and ancestors; unravels the strongholds of empire; and expresses our living creativity.

Love, Steph Gee is my love letter to you, God, my ancestors, and the culture.

Love,

Steph.

the corpus is exquisite, the equinox is vernal (ceev)

For the corpus is exquisite, the equinox is vernal, Malcolm-x and Ogemdi’s practices overlap around questions of Black intergenerational trauma and possibilities for healing and kinship. Stephanie continues to offer insight into the astrology shifting around us, movements that she articulates into language suggests ways the work can keep happening, keep growing.

With astrology as a compass to articulate what already is and what is unraveling, we can honor, open, and activate hearts. We can penetrate pretenses and performances from a place of radical softness. Those of us in the margins can begin again, uncovering love in the midst of trauma and nurturing tenderness in the midst of violence.
